This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and Telegram bot service (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our third-party authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We may also collect your name if you choose to provide it.
User Content: We store the messages, tasks, ideas, reminders, notes, and other content you submit through the Service, including messages sent via the Telegram bot.
Telegram Data: If you link your Telegram account, we collect your Telegram user ID and chat ID solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not access your other Telegram conversations.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including access times, pages viewed, and features used.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmation and subscription status from LemonSqueezy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

— To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including AI-powered classification, reminders, and research reports.
— To process your content through third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) for automatic categorization, summarization, and report generation.
— To send you reminders and notifications via Telegram and/or the web dashboard.
— To process your subscription and billing through LemonSqueezy.
— To communicate with you about service updates, support requests, and account-related matters.
— To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Nirodha:

Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and backend infrastructure. Your data is stored on Supabase servers.
Anthropic (Claude AI): Your submitted content is processed by Claude AI for classification, analysis, and report generation. Content sent to Anthropic is subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
Telegram Bot API: Used to receive and send messages between you and the Nirodha bot.
LemonSqueezy: Handles all payment processing and subscription management.
Vercel: Hosts the web application.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Archived items remain in your account until you choose to permanently delete them.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables to ensure users can only access their own data, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
